May Do-LPC

Life’s journey is full of twists and turns—some joyous and some difficult. Navigating through the different stages of life can bring about unexpected challenges, but it can also open up opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Therapy can be an invaluable resource during these times, offering a safe space for reflection and support. It helps us build coping strategies, gain clarity, and make sense of our experiences. Whether dealing with personal struggles, relationship issues, or transitions like career changes or loss, having someone to talk to can make all the difference.

What part of the journey feels most challenging for you right now, or are you thinking about how therapy might support a specific area of your life?

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. Specialize in providing therapy for children (ages 13 and up), adolescents, and adults. My work is centered around helping individuals navigate through challenges related to trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and loss. I understand that life can be overwhelming at times, and my goal is to support clients in finding a sense of balance, resilience, and healing.

My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Art therapy. Each of these approaches is tailored to meet your individual needs, helping you gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and find peace.
