Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 business hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. For appointments that are canceled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours' notice, it will be considered a "No Show," and a $45 fee will be charged.

No-Show Policy

We respect your time and the time of our counselors. A "no-show" occurs when a client misses a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. Our no-show policy is as follows:

Notification: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice, it will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Fee: In the event of a no-show, you may be charged a no-show fee of $45 This fee covers the time that was reserved for your appointment.

Repeated instances of no-shows may result in a discussion with the counselor regarding the continuity of services.
